Ms. Wagner has more than fifteen years of experience in the intellectual arena. She has an
extensive background in technology transfer and intellectual property transactions. While at
the Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) at the National Institutes of Health, she served as a
member of the Working Group on Research Tools. She also managed the a portfolio of
biological response modifiers.
Ms. Wagner has drafted and negotiated a significant number of licenses, research
collaborations, and other documents related to the acquisition, identification and protection
of intellectual property rights, such as licenses, confidentiality agreements, consulting
arrangements, service agreements and material transfer agreements.
This experience is an excellent complement to the more traditional intellectual property
practice of patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence and opinion drafting, and
trademark registration.

Ms. Wagner recognizes the importance of education and its ability to help individuals
function in life and achieve personal goals. She commits some of her resources to
children and families in need of assistance with obtaining a free and appropriate
education. Generally, this "labor of love" is performed for those clients referred by an
