Ms. Wagner has more than fifteen years of experience in the intellectual property arena. She has an extensive background in technology transfer and intellectual property transactions.
Ms. Wagner has drafted and negotiated a significant number of licenses, research collaborations, and other technology transfer documents, such as confidentiality agreements, consulting arrangements, service agreements and material transfer agreements.
This experience is an excellent complement to the more traditional intellectual property practice of patent preparation and prosecution and trademark registration.
